Greetings all. The Cleveland meet is open for declaration. Declaration will close November 30th.

A HS 400 free relay has been added to the end of the meet. If need be it can changed based on the event availability to 2 IE and 3 relays.
1) Cleveland will have chairs on the deck and benches so parents do not need to bring extra chairs.

2) Cleveland has 17 middle and 14 high school swimmers

3) The building is now also being used for a community food bank (there should not be parking issues), but wanted to make you aware.

4) If parking is needed in the street please park on the street with the school playground

5) Cleveland will warm-up from 5:00-5:30pm and Hunter/Ooltewah will warm-up from 5:30-6:00pm

6) We will start the meet promptly at 6:00pm

7) Cleveland will try to get a heat sheet forwarded to us on 12/3 and will have 2 extra at the meet.

8) Cleveland will run an exhibition for the 50 free and 50 back for middle school, please remember they are only a 4 lane pool so the less exhibition the earlier we are done.

9) The hope is the meet will be complete by 7:30pm at the latest
