New jobs have been added for this meet. We need a clean up crew for after the meet! Please and thank you.

PARKING: please park in the gravel lots. DO NOT park in the chained off area in front of the pool. If you do, it could cause damage to water pipes underground. Try to stay off of the grassy areas. DO NOT PARK in the lots for the other businesses, you will get towed. Do not park in CrossFit parking lot.

Do not park in paved roads.

Don’t forget to make copies of the heat sheets that are attached to this email for yourself and your swimmers. HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL HEAT SHEETS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL. Verify your swimmers individual events. The meet will run High School event #1, followed by Middle School #1M, HS event #2, followed by MS EVENT #2M etc.

*When your child is finished swimming... PLEASE take a minute to help clean up your area. We are so grateful that OSC is letting us use the pool for our meet. We need to leave the pool area in great condition!!!

*We have limited deck space. Please bring your own chairs. Make Sure your swimmer has a swim suit,goggles, extra towels and plenty of water. There will not be concessions. Please bring healthy snacks.

Team and Individual pictures will be taken on Friday November 1 before swim meet.

If you want individual pictures be at the pool by 4:15

Team pictures will be taken promptly at 4:45.. Have the swimmer dressed, ready and on pool deck a few minutes before 4:45

Please come for team picture even if you are not planning on purchasing the picture. We want all swimmers in the team photo.
