*NO PRACTICE TOMORROW DUE TO SWIM MEET.

*First meet is tomorrow Wednesday Oct 17th. Warm up is 5:15pm meet time is 6:00pm at our pool (Ooltewah swim center)
*PARKING: please park in the gravel lots. DO NOT park in the chained off area in front of the pool. If you do, it could cause damage to water pipes underground. Try to stay off of the grassy areas. DO NOT PARK in the lots for the other businesses, you will get towed.
*This meet should not be a long meet. It will probably take two hours. This is a great first meet for First time team members. Coach works hard on schedule and a swimmer not showing up to a meet could cause a relay to get DISQUALIFIED.
Don’t forget to make copies of the heat sheets that are attached to this email for yourself and your swimmers. Verify your swimmer is in two events, they might be in relay(s) also. This meet is about getting some initial times established. The meet will run High School event #1, followed by Middle School #1M, HS event #2, followed by MS EVENT #2M etc.
*When your child is finished swimming... PLEASE take a minute to help clean up your area. We are so grateful that OSC is letting us use the pool for our meet. We need to leave the pool area in great condition!!!
*We have limited deck space. Please bring your own chairs. Make Sure your swimmer has a swim suit,goggles and plenty of water. The swim cap will be given to them at the meet. There will not be concessions.
